I'm almost afraid to look in my closet. Although it is probably one of the most organized closets in the the Western Hemisphere, it is packed. A walk in closet built for two? Ha! It doesn't even have enough room for all of my clothes. Even my 3 year old's closet is packed with clothes (organized by size and season...so what if I have a touch of OCD?). I knew I had a shopping problem when I realized Connor has 15 t-shirts in size 3T. What 3 year old needs that many t-shirts? And that doesn't even include all of his sweaters and long sleeved shirts in 3T. Oh dear. After discovering that, I noticed that Connor owns 2 identical jackets in 3T. Why you may ask? Because his closet was so packed that I didn't know he already had one. You know you have a problem when you can't remember what you've already bought.
At last count, my closets (yes, there is also an overflow closet in the basement...don't ask) contained the following:
79 shirts for various seasons...some with the tags still on
9 pairs of jeans
23 skirts
20 dresses
7 formal dresses
11 pairs of dress pants
16 jackets
33 pairs of shoes
I'm not even bothering to count what lives inside my dresser drawers...that's far too scary to think about.
